With a background in Hospital Management, he specialized as a Financial Counselor working as a liason between patients, physicians and insurance/governmental agencies. His ability to interface with all levels (physicians, hospital staff, patients and family members) was exceptional. His passion for the patients and his urgency in coordinating with the physicians was unparalleled.

Tom is a Marine by discipline. Semper Fi! He has lived in Summit County all his life, with a residence in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 7 years. His goal is to help Buyers achieve the "American Dream" and to help Sellers sell their home for the most money, in the shortest market time possible. He loves cars, racing, golf, traditional Chinese Martial Arts and working out!

Jodi handles all listings, directs marketing, negotiates contracts, assists buyers, and sells houses. After attending Kent State University and achieving a Bacheler of Art in Visual Communication & Design, she began her marketing & graphic design career, as well as her sales career. She focused on all aspects of marketing including print and web/multi-media design.

Jodi was raised in a small rural community in Portage County, and moved to the Cuyahoga Falls area in 1998.

Jodi has has always been involved in some form of sales. She has sold many homes in Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding area over the years, and is known for her innovating marketing and "out of the box" thinking. She brings to the real estate market her fresh ideas, cutting edge systems and campaigns and her internet/multi-media expertise. Her approach to marketing is aggressive which is vital to selling a property quickly and for a higher selling price. Although, Jodi does not have a high pressure approach when dealing with people, her negotiating skills are second to none. No one can match her energy, marketing savvy or knowledge of the market.

Jodi's goals are to give her clients the best possible service she is capable of, and selling homes quickly, for the highest possible price with the least amount of hassle. She believes in community, and enjoys giving back. In her spare time she is involved with the March of Dimes. She also trains with her husband in traditional Chinese Martial Arts. She loves people, volleyball, training, spending time with family and her 2 mastiff pups. Her day begins and ends with family.
